Business response After reviewing the complaint from [redacted] , it was determined that [redacted] did not follow the contract to cancel her membership, where we had nothing in writing from her [redacted] called on the phone and had stated that she moved minutes away, but [redacted] never provided proof of move Per contract, if [redacted] indeed moved, she could have simply provided verification of move and mailed it to usAt that time her membership would of canceled immediatelyThis is stated in the contact that [redacted] signed and initialed when joining In good faith, I am willing to refund the $for August because it was days from the date of phone notice, which was not in writing

Business response    After reviewing the complaint from [redacted],  it was determined that [redacted] did not follow the contract to cancel her membership, where we had nothing in writing from her. [redacted] called on the phone and  had stated that she moved 35 minutes away, but...

[redacted]  never provided proof of move.  Per contract, if [redacted] indeed moved, she could have simply provided verification of move and mailed it to us. At that time her membership would of canceled immediately. This is stated in the contact that [redacted] signed and initialed when joining.  In good faith, I am willing to refund the $19.99 for August because it was 31 days from the date of phone notice, which was not in writing.
