This company contacted my insurance company about roof damage after a hail storm. This was 5-22-2019. They received a check on 6-4-2019 for partial payment. Nothing has been done so far. Samuel *** will not return my phone calls. I feel like we got scammed. They did issue a building permit on 7-25-2019.
We are Very happy that the Revdex.com notified us of this incident as we would have never known of this situation. Since finding out, we have disciplined the person responsible for the poor communication and completed Mr. home. We apologized for the inconvenience and took action to make sure a situation like this can be avoided.
