line waxing and shaping the brows following the tint service, the client refused this service, which is why they did not appear as the pictures of the other brows she had reffered to. I do not believe the eyebrow consultant did anything wrong in the service to warrant the negative reviews and slander left on our salon business page, or a refund of her money.
A service was performed. A consultants time was spent, and products were used. However I would be willing to refund her the service cost, if the customer would remove all reviews and comments on any and all online forums, and submit to our business a signed statement, stating her and her affiliates will not post anything in the future to any online forum regarding out business or its affiliates.
