Don't use these people! Their service is horrible and they have ZERO customer service skills (specifically Diana). They never told me where to find the key on the RV and never answered my calls or texts to let me know. There was trash left in the RV from previous use. They then took money out of my account after we used the camper for cleaning fees that they were unauthorized to do and Diana was INCREDIBLY RUDE and extremely frustrating to work with (which is an understatement). Would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Still waiting for pictures of the "filthy" RV that they charged me for...
