Thank you for taking the time to contact us, in regards to the case regarding Mr. [redacted].  We take customer satisfaction, and out Revdex.com Rating with earnest intent.  I have personally contacted Mr. [redacted] on Monday December 5th, to explain where we were with the status of his request....

 Mr. [redacted] purchased a used 2008 Honda Odyssey.  A van that had second row entertainment (DVD player and Video screen).  Part of the entertainment system was inoperable.  We did promise Mr. [redacted] that we would look for a replacement for the head unit of the entertainment system.  The head unit is not made anymore, and we have had an issue finding a working unit.  I am happy to say that as of this time that I am writing you this e-mail, we have found a single unit that was listed on Amazon.com.  We have purchased it, and it is due to be here by the 13th of December.  It does have a color difference, and I explained this to Mr. [redacted].  He was o.k. with that.I will schedule an appointment with Mr. [redacted], to hopefully resolve this issue next week.  We will keep you informed of our outcome, as soon as we can confirm that Mr. [redacted] is another satisfied customer.Once again, we pride ourselves on providing the best sales and service experience in the business, Jeff.  Thank you for your time.  We look forward to resolving this matter.Regards,Joseph [redacted]Luv ToyotaCustomer Relations/Service Manager[redacted]
