I received a refund invoice from the company, however, my CC company has not seen the credit come through and is continuing to monitor until the credit has been officially received and posted. They did finally get back to me, I'll forward you the email if necessary. And I did get the mask I ordered on time. No need to pursue further action. I actually feel like a dipst for not following through, I completely forgot. My apologies.
