Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. I don't find their response truthful for some of the content. I was not rude to the owner, I expressed my dissatisfaction in their customer service and am quite flabbergasted that it was the owner I was talking to. Yes, I displayed my logo on Facebook that I'm proud of, but not proud of the workmanship on the cup. I was actually treated poorly as a customer and just don't want other customers with this same experience. This issue can be closed.
Regards,
[redacted]
ID – [redacted] Dear Ms. [redacted], Mr. [redacted] did bring in his cup to have his company logo put on it, and as a rule it takes 5-7 days. In this case the engraver that we outsourced to had a large job that took longer than expected. Mr. [redacted] was called and told that his cup was back, and...
some days later he picked it up. The cup had been laser, but not with the dark finish. At that time I told Mr. [redacted] that I would have the logo darkened, if it could not be darkened, the cup would be replaced. At that point he said that he would want BOTH cups because that one had “sentimental” value. I told him that I was willing to replace the cup, but he would not get both. The cup went back to the engraver and they did a fine job of making the logo on the cup darker. The owner was helping Mr. [redacted] when he came back to pick up the cup the second time. Nothing was said about scratches in the cup or the fact that it did not look as good. The only thing that was said was a black mark was inside the cup (most likely dirt of some kind that would wash out). Mr. [redacted] was on the rude side and went on that we needed to give him back his money or he would tell his father-in-law, who works with a company that we do business with. And in closing, if the cup looks so bad why would he have it proudly displayed on his company Face Book page ([redacted])? Thank you for your time in this matter, please feel free to call with any questions.
