This is Brad [redacted] , Service Manager, responding.I have left Mr [redacted] a message(2:07pm 9/28/17) stating I would be happy to provide a loaner vehicle if he could leave his vehicle with us for a few days while we road test it and try to get it to act up Both my shop Forman and I drove this last time it was here (9/11/17) and it worked just fine, no transmission issues There were no codes in the system, nor were there any service bulletins or special service messages from Ford about this concern I will update this once I hear back from Mr [redacted]
