I was referred to Luso Roofing by an emergency roof repair response service and received a call back from them within 15 minutes of my initial call late on a Thursday evening. They were reassuring as can be and committed to an inspection within 24 hours. I was kept up to date with respect to their ETA right up to the minute and they lived up to that commitment. The inspection showed significant raccoon damage to the roof that couldn't be dealt with late on a Friday but again, they committed to returning early on a Saturday morning and making it right. And again, they kept me posted on their ETA and made good on their commitment. Despite the heat that day they performed the work necessary with incredible professionalism and went above and beyond to ensure that my roof was secure. The quality of work, excellent advice and commitment at a fair price were much appreciated. I would not hesitate to work with these gentlemen again

I contacted Luso Roofing as I was looking to have my roof inspected. We are 2nd owners of our 10 year old home and I have always wondered what condition the roof was in. We had a home inspection done prior to purchase but that was 5 years ago and I wanted a more thorough inspection. I also had some roof vent guards that I wanted installed and while doing some research I stumbled upon a *** video of Luso doing an installation of such guards. I contacted Luso and immediately spoke to Nuno. Nuno and Paulo came out within a few days of our initial call. They performed a thorough inspection and made some recommendations. They returned within a few days and completed the repairs and installed the vent guards. These gentlemen are professional, honest, very thorough and an absolute pleasure to work with. They took time to explain things and answered all of my questions. The quality of the work is excellent. Old school quality workmanship that you don't see much nowadays. ***. True professionals who perform stellar work! We had mold in our attic and they advised us against the costly replacement of our roof.We are now in the process of remediating the attic mold. Thanks Nuno and Paulo for repairing our chimney and installing solar vents in order to improve the ventilation.

I wanted a company with integrity in the way they do business and in their workmanship so I did a lot of research before deciding on Luso Roofing. I was not disappointed. From first contact, assessing work required to roof and completion of work this was done in a week. Superb experience.
