I booked an appointment and 4 minutes later tried to cancel because I realized I was going to be going on a trip and in the sun, which would not be recommended for the microblading healing process. I wanted to just cancel, so after replying to my appointment text, it said to contact the shop directly via email or phone. I did both immediately, but was avoided for FOUR DAYS after calling and emailing. Finally I texted and got a response. NO REFUNDS. I was like, really? I literally realized 4 MINUTES after booking I made a mistake. Not only this, but the owner was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional in her reply to me, saying she needs to be able to feed her family. I get that trust me, but really I cannot be refunded for an appointment that is still 3 days from me writing this, and only 4 minutes after I booked it? 4 minutes would not have caused her to miss out on any business because of my appointment error. I don't like her attitude, her threats (she threatened to post my texts to her....although I have the screenshots of the date I booked and my response 4 minutes later trying to cancel).... That is bizarre in an of itself and totally unprofessional. I just want my $100 deposit back for an appointment that was made by mistake, that hasn't even happened yet! I would NEVER EVER recommend visiting this establishment. I was charged for a service that never is going to happen, and treated with disrespect and nastiness.
