Review: Bought a vehicle, and returned it. Company is attempting to keep $750 of my 2300$ down payment. Contract is void due to no financing through the bank.Desired Settlement: Refund all $2300 of my down payment if company does not give me back $2300 I will then sue and expect not only the $2300 but for them to pay my lawyer and court fees.

Review: On 07/28/2016 I went to Lupita's auto sales in Modesto and I bought a 2010 Ford F150 I paid the amount of 30,115.25 American dollars for the truck . I paid in full. I understood that it is a used truck , however, in the back there was a big box that I requested to be removed but the sales person named [redacted] and he told me to do it myself at home because everything was ok with the truck. After I drove back home 07/28/16 around 110 miles I removed the box and I found a big hole on it. A very long hole that it was there without my knowledge. I called right away and I came back 07/29/16 to returned the truck because I was surprised with this purchase and I do not want the truck anymore . I spoke with [redacted] she stated that the truck can be fixed but they can not give me my money back $ 30,115.25. They were not honest with this sale reason why I need your help.Desired Settlement: The truck is already with the Dealer . I need my money back. I have the sales contract with me. I rather prefer to be contact if it is possible with someone who speaks Spanish.
