Lundberg Specialty Service, Inc.

Requested a service call and information reguarding a leak in the roof. It took several calls to get a call back. When told ablut the leak and that it was done in 2012 by "[redacted] Roofing", the reply was " it was a different family member" and they were no longer in business. They would send a person by to look at the issue.

No one came and when contacted, was told it was due to heavy call volume and it would be the following Monday. That call and or visit never came. Now with another round of inclemant weather and a mild self repair, th leak is back in the same general area.

With their response or lack there of espically to possibly help better their name They have a black mark on it as far as I am concerned.
