We use an application processing software called On-Site. It is well-reputed in the property management industry. I have served as the community manager since August 2013. When researching Mr. [redacted]'s application in On-site, we discovered...

he applied in Fall 2012. Our On-Site account indicates two things: 1) he cancelled his application and 2) even if he had not cancelled his application, he did not qualify. On-Site ranks applicants on a scale of 1 to 10. He scored 4.6 and On-Site recommended declining his application, as a result of this low score. His application was cancelled on October 1, 2015 by the community manager at that time, [redacted]. Applications are cancelled, as opposed to simply declined, regardless of the recommendation, when applicants are unreachable or non-responsive to attempts to make contact. Lund's policy is to not randomly cancel applications, unless applicants are unreachable. Add

they said I was unresponsive that is bull- not true
I was calling them repeatedly for 4 days. this charge is not acceptable and they do not deserve any money for nothing.
