We ordered laminate. The contractor came to install the product and ask for the payment up front and charged $20 more. Then they said they did not have the material to do the closets. After pulling up our carpet , they said they sub floor was bad in spots. Contract stated to patch sub floor and we would pay the additional cost.
Contractor said I don't do that, but if you buy the plywood I would install it for $25. Kicked them out and called Luna requesting that they not send this crew back for the install. the crew was lazy and did not want to work. I laid a new sub floor. The same crew arrived to install the floor and said the did not have my stairs. I said how did the steps disappear . Still waiting. The install of the flooring was ridiculous. No trim was put down. Did not have enough transition pieces. Damaged flooring. Luna said they would give me a $200 credit, but I probably won't see that check for a month. I requested a credit of $400 for time lost from work . Called the salesman 5 times, never responded. I am not satisfied with this whole situation and have reported them to the Revdex.com, and would not recommend them to anyone. I will stop now because I could go on and on. The worst service I have ever had.

Luna has pretty much ruined my wife's Christmas. We ordered carpet on October 12 to be installed on Dec 5th. I called on Dec 1st to try and get a time of installation .Luna had no idea that I even ordered it. I made 5 phone calls and got cut off while on hold 4 times. We finally got someone who was smart enough to track down the order through my credit card deposit. The order "fell through the cracks" when they updated to a new computer system. I was put in touch with a manager who sent out someone to re-measure the entire house for a second time. For my trouble the took $300 off of a $5500 order. The manager then jerked us around for 2 days on whether or not the original date could be kept. I had to call him the day before the install tell him I absolutely needed to know that minute when it was going in. He said that he could not guarantee Dec 5th but could absolutely guarantee Dec 12th. On the evening of Dec 9th we got a call saying that they could not be here on the 12th and they would need to reschedule. Our house has been a wreck for weeks with every thing out of the closets and stored in the basement. We have not decorated for Christmas yet. We did not buy each other Christmas presents because the $5500 of carpet was to be our present to each other. My wife is crying, the house is a wreck and Luna doesn't seem to care. Instead of getting carpet on Saturday I will be shopping for it. Please take your business elsewhere.
