I contacted [redacted] on Friday, June 29th and spoke with him regarding his frustrations with our companyI apologized for his inconvenience in attempting to cancel services with us due to his moving of housesI assured [redacted] that upon further review, he would not be charged a fee for early termination, as he was a customer of ours long before his current agreement went into effect, and had already fulfilled his initial termOur operator made a mistake which I personally addressed with that individualI also listened to [redacted] ’s feedback regarding our agreement terms and have taken them into consideration [redacted] was happy with our resolution and has left with an otherwise positive impression of our services and company

I strongly recommend that Safe Systems adjust their contract language to commit to no rate increases during the terms of the contractThe open ended rate increase clause currently included in the contract means that customers are required to commit to a fixed term (months) at an unknown rateIf Safe Systems cannot commit to a set rate for the contract term, they should shorten the term to a length that would allow them to make the same commitment to their customers, that their customers make to them

We reached out to the customer and resolved this to their complete satisfactionThis very valuable customer satisfied all terms of his original agreement with us and was incorrectly billedBecause this customer was so honorable, he sent in a check for the amount of the over billing
We voided this check and sent it back to himWe apologized for this mistake and got it handled immediately when it was brought to our attention
