Lums Pond Animal Hospital

I have been going to Lums Pond Animal Hospital for several years now. The staff have always been compassionate, making their clients feel like family members rather than just a business.
My regular vet is very knowledgeable and very honest. I have worked with their other Lums Pond Animal Hospital veterinarians on occasions she was unavailable and have absolutely NO complaints. All pets that I have brought in have been treated with sincere care. Especially when it was time to euthanize, they did so as painlessly as possible. Allowing grace and dignity to the ailing animal.
They are prompt with follow up calls. It is not unusual to have my veterinarian, rather than a tech or assistant, call me personally for updates on a pet's health and care.
Their prices are very fair, better then many of the large corporation type veterinary hospitals. I do not have to worry about my bill being hit with unnecessary charges/treatments.
Their care and business practices will have me returning to them even with a forty minute drive from my home, despite many other veterinarian hospitals much closer.
I have, and will continue to recommend them to every one that asks!
