Just had my large patio done by the lumon team and we LOVE it. From the quality of the framing (so it matched the existing house) to the panels - we are 100% satisfied with the installation. The installers we had were all top notch. I would recommend this for anyone in the market.

The staff is very friendly and seem very helpful but they do not follow up when they say they will fix a problem.
Beware if you have a foundation they say they can build on - our patio now shifts every winter and we had a terrible time getting doors that would open/ close properly. They finally installed different doors (that I was originally told could not be put on the type of patio I ordered.) Now they are separating from the frame of the structure! My enclosure is only 4 years old!
It also leaks above my back door ( where their roof attaches to the house) in certain rain storms or melting snow, After many calls and months waiting (& a couple unsuccessful visits) they finally got it to stop for a year but it started again and I was told it was condensation! My pictures finally proved that false but even after acknowledging this they still have made no effort to come and fix it. I also get the excuse that they are so busy they can't get around to finding a proper solution to my problems.

Absolutely amazing product! I was dealing with William D. - his customer service and follow up was impressive. Ben and Kevin completed the installation in less than 2 days. They were very professional, personable and did an amazing job. They left the worksite clean and tidy and went out of their way to ensure that I was a 'happy customer'.
Well done! I will definitely recommend this product to friends.

Great Looking unit, we are pleased to say the Team at Lumon have done a great job. All the dates were kept, the install went smooth and we were not left with any clean up. Would recommend them to anyone.

They took pride in their work and done to our satisfaction. They were also very neat and tidy and cleaned everything up after they were done. We would recommend Lumon products, it is good quality product. It was well worth the wait for installation, they were pretty busy with others. So glad it is done and now time to finish up the rest of our deck. Thanks to all the Lumon people.
