Luminesso

I ordered the set of Luminesso lights after seeing them advertised on Pinterest. They were advertised as touch responsive. I received the lights in a beat up box with a utility light on the cover. I opened one light kit and followed the directions to connect the lights to my phone. But they also required the wifi password IN PLAIN TEXT. All of that was suspicious to me since the lights had nothing to do with wifi and were supposed to connect over bluetooth. After a dozen attempts to connect the lights to my phone, they never connected. I put the lights back in their original packaging and initiated a return request with the vendor. They sent me the return address. I paid money to send the lights back and have delivery confirmation. After two weeks, I followed up to find out what the refund status was and was just told 'We have decided not to grant you a refund.' No other explanation. This is unacceptable. The website says nothing about all sales final or no returns. I'm filing this so others don't fall into this trap. I will also be initiating a dispute with my bank if this is not resolved.
