Beware of the fine print! My husband signed up for a "free" product/ only pay shipping deal with this companyThe fine print says you have to cancel within days or you'll be charged full priceHe did not cancel in time and we were chargedUpon calling to hear the bad news that we will not be refunded due to not cancelling in time/reading the fine print, we then cancelled our account to avoid any further chargesThe following month we were charged again! Another call to the company just to find out that since there are products you have to cancel separate accountsWhat?? Why was I not told the first time when I tried to cancel? After cancelling both accounts, double checking with the operator that I would not be charged againLo and behold we were charged again this month!!! Another call, more excuses, being told that it was a "mistake" and that it will be refundedThis mistake overdrafted my bank account and cost me more than the price of their product!! I have a feeling I will find the same mistake on my account next month
