Luman's Yard and Maintenance

Review: I hired Luman's Yard and Maintenance to clear shrubs and do yard work. He never came back to finish job- He owes me $80.00. I have called him several times and he hasn't returned any calls. He is not reliable or honest. I feel "ripped off"Desired Settlement: [redacted] owes me $80.00 for unfinished yard work. He really has no credibility because he didn't even know how to plant roses. He is advertising his business as legit but he knows little about yard maintenance. I would like my $80.00 returned to me and I would like his business suspended because I know of other people he has screwed over.
