I was the individual that assisted Mr. [redacted]. I received his call early in the morning and listened to his concern about the fact that his daughter had yet received the cinnamon roll that he had ordered through us. It had been two days since we had sent it and the normal delivery time is between two and three days. I explained this to him and assured him that we had sent it out through the USPS, which is our normal delivery method. He expressed that he was unhappy about it being mailed with the postal system. I explained that it is cost prohibitive for the customer to ship through Fedex. Since he was still unhappy, I fully refunded the purchase price and the shipping fee to the customer while he was still on the phone through his credit card. His daughter later received the cinnamon roll in good order. I believe this customer was made more than whole as they received the requested item in good order and received a 100% refund.
