I have over $10,in lulu clothes in my closetI am a very loyal customer(or was) until I was told I could ship back a few pair of wunder under pants (size 6)I sent two cropped and two longLululemon claims they never got the package and that they have no notes on these clothes being shippedThe funniest part is that I have tracked the package and it was delivered to their facilitySomeone has stolen my pantsIf this is the case I asked them just to send me back MY PANTS and I'd even pay for the shippingI'd love to buy more stuff now but have no desire to with the horrible customer service I receivedI would have just taken them into the local store but since I was already returning a totally different pair I figured I'd pack them all togetherLululemon did say they got the package because they sent me a gift card for my other style pair that were brand new that just didn't fit like the deceptionIf I need to take pictures of my lululemon closet I will- just so you can see how much I own and how loyal I have beenYou have a very unloyal coworker who is lying or has taken my pantsPlease contact me as soon as you canThanks Catherine B 615-504-

I called the store itself to report that on 2/this location had fraduelent purchases with my Debit/ATM card while I was in possesion of the card.I was told no store manager was in until tomorrowI then called the GEC line #-###-###-#### and was told there is no corporate office to complain I can only call the store to do thatShe also advised they had no way to see what transactinos are going on in that storeThis is insane that a Business is allowed to operate in such a mannerI hope they are investigated by my Bank moreover how can they allow several transactions in one day I assume there is internal fraud which I also could not report as there is no corportae office [redacted]

I went to the and store purchased bras, pairs of pants and a visorI was measured in the store to be a 34, but purchased additional sizes, knowing I could exchange the ones that didn't fitI like to try the bras on with multiple clothes options when I can take the time to weigh my options: after the kids have gone to sleepA few days later, I got around to assessing my options and decided on the one I wanted to keepI called the store to see if they had more in stock, but was informed they had none on the shelf, so I ordered more of the bras onlineNine days later, I sent my assistant to return the two bras that didn't fitAn employee helped her buy a visor, but called the manager when it came time for the returnThe manager looked at the bras and informed her that the bras could not be returned because they were missing the skinny white tag that had laundering informationIt should be noted that they still had their sales tags with the sku numbers attachedAt that point, my assistant called to tell me the situation and put me on the phone with the manager, who identified herself as Ann MarieI had actually noticed the tags when I got home on the day of purchase and had inspected the brasA white bra had a white tag with laundering information but none of the other bras (that were all black) had one; instead they all had white printing inside the clasp with that informationI told Ann Marie that I had noticed tag situation, and she insisted all the products from your store carry the tagsAt this point, I had my assistant go look and she found about 10% of the bras on the shelf did not have tagsThe manager said that none of those bras could be sold and conceded that possibly the tags could come off in the changing roomThe manager said she would compromise and take one of the bras in exchange and ordered it to be delivered to my houseI accepted that transaction but had my assistant get the manager's information because I wanted to pursue the matter furtherInterestingly enough, the same day of the returns (June 9) I received the bras I had ordered onlineTwo lilac Ta Ta Tamers in 36DDI did not open their individual bags but inspected them through the plastic and they have laundering information printed in white inside the clasp, but do not have the thin white laundering tagSo at this point, I have bought bras: from the store, onlineSupposedly they are all required by company policy to have a vital thin white laundering tag, and only has had itThe manager indicated these white tags are supposed to break away, as some surreptitious scheme to detect which bras may have been washedClearly there is some breakdown in manufacturing or store managementEither the plant in Sri Lanka is not adequately securing the tags in the product, or the employees in Baton Rouge are not adequately inspecting them at point of saleEven the bras shipped to me didn't have the tagIs there a problem at the warehouse? I am a very conscientious person and take personal pride in the care I take of my possessionsI frequently will buy multiple sizes of the same product so I can decide on the exact product I want, but take extra care with the products I returnI don't return damaged goodsI frankly find this whole situation personally offensiveIt implies I am dishonest about these tags, even though there is ample evidence that products in the stores and warehouse often do not have themBEWARE!

Review: On May [redacted], 2014 I visited your [redacted] location in NYC and purchased 2 items (receipt attached). It was only when I unpacked back at home that I noticed that the buzzer wasn't removed from one of the items (pics attached).

I have no way to get the buzzer removed as the local buzzers we have here are different and do not match (I visited a few random clothing stores which were nice enough to try and remove it).

I emailed them on May [redacted] and they send me a shipping lable so they can remove the buzzer. I sent the package on July. I never got the shirt back and every time I write them asking about the shirt I writ back the they will get back to me in 1-2 days and never do so!Desired Settlement: I want to get a full refund for my shirt! I boght the shirt 5 months ago and never got the chance to wear it because of many mistake they did on the way!
