I am writing to respond to a complaint made by *** *** pertaining to a bill from our company, Dominion Pathology Associates, P.C Since receiving the complaint I have begun researching the issue in an effort to resolve it Someone from our billing company spoke by phone with ***
insurance yesterday for over an hour and we continue to get conflicting information from what we have gotten in the past, including differences in information from what the customer/patient received We are actively looking to resolve this situation and I hope to be back in touch with you and/or the patient by the end of next week to let you know of the outcome I will attempt to contact the Ms*** as well, to let her know of our efforts.
