Review: I had placed 2 separate orders from [redacted] online. .both on November 25, 2014. On order #[redacted], they had written on my invoice that they only had 4 left of an item I had ordered. I had ordered 5 and received 4. They wrote on my invoice that they would refund me for one of them. I have not received a refund or credit yet. I order #[redacted], I received some of my items, but not all....3 items were missing with no explanation of where or when I would get them. I didn't get a refund or credit for the missing 3 items. I have since emailed, and messaged [redacted] and I have received no response. I have emailed them too many times that I lost count. I also called their business phone number, and a recording comes on saying "the voice mail is full." I couldn't even leave a message. After numerous attempts to reach [redacted], I have turned to the Revdex.com for help.Desired Settlement: Refund on credit card.
