At first buying things from Lukie Games was great, however after I had to return items because of the shape that they were in, including a broke PSconsoleThey banned me from purchasing items from their websiteThey said "I abused their return policy"This is terrible! I didn't receive any email warning me about a return policyMy orders were just canceled and refunded one day without noticeI will not recommend this company to ANYONEThey have a day return policy, which they can cancel without noticeTerrible customer service!

I bought a game for the psan waited weeks to get to australia all to find out the game didnt work..sum pserror ive neva seen in yrs...an now I have to pay more postage to return their crap game..this is hw they do buisness

I bought a Nintendo NES console from Lukie Games a little over 3 months ago.
There was no shipping charge for the unit. It was in great working condition.
Last week my console didn't work. I sent an email last Sunday explaining the problem I was having, Monday morning I received an email from them telling me that the ac adapter power cord was faulty & that they would send one out.
Wednesday afternoon I received another power cord express mail at NO COST to me what so ever. My problem was solved within two days!
I highly recommend Lukie Games. Great support group & they back their products.

Do NOT buy from these worthless lazy people. Instead of being honest and contacting me about being short handed and working with me to get me my order, they lied to me, claimed I FAILED to contact them in time ( I have proof of every attempt to get a hold of them both by phone and e-mail) and cancelled my order. I selected multiple items for purchase and paid for the highest priority shipping they offered totaling my order to $170 and change. It's not like I was only buy one or two or three games, I was buying 16 games. No attempt at an apology, nor any attempt to better or rectify the situation was made on their part. DO NOT BUY FROM LukieGames.com.
