To whom it may concern,This email is in regards to the complaint submitted on 3/18/4:53:PM and was assigned an ID of [redacted] We have been working with our client for over three years and they have always been very happy with our services.The graduation took place on January 30th, All students had two weeks to submit their orders online by February 17th, We disclose that all of orders take 4-weeks for all orders to be shipped after deadline This statement can be read at time of check out.The graduate ordered on February 6th, I spoke to customer regarding her order status and informed that we were working on fulfilling all orders by the following week I underestimated the time frame and that did not happenAll orders were shipped via USPS on Monday, March 16th, I received an email from the graduate requesting her refund on March 18th, I replied to her message and offered to grant her request I called to two numbers we have on file for her, but I was not successful at contacting the customer via phone and I till this day, I have not received a reply on to the email I had sent her All documents to prove my statement are attached.At Luis Vazquez Photography we take pride on the services and products that we offer Our goal is to assure that every customer is happy with the experience we provideRespectfully,Luis Vazquez Photography
