Review: received letter from a [redacted] stating he has looked at public records for my rental property in Temecula California area. letter states he can help me sell my property even if rented . please note I do not have my property listed for sale . this individual is listed at a san diego address. im not selling my property , nor did I have dealings with this man. if he is casing out areas and trying to get business , I don't need this shady tactic. my rental property has a property manager who follows up for me . please contact this fellow and tell him not to go phishing into public records in Temecula area either if not elected as a realtor by also owners--- its unsavory tactics.Desired Settlement: contact this fellow . not sure if licensed realtor, my property not listed for sale . he should be abiding by rules and regulations and not trying to pull fast tactics on home owners , I don't need any letters from this creepo either.
