Review: Did damage to my wood floors. He agreed to repair them. I have been calling him for weeks (3 times) and he refuses to answer my calls. I have also emailed him. Also, one of his workers covered a brand new, expensive toilet seat cover(which they installed) with deep scratches and he never returned to fix grout work which he was informed of. He refuses to be in contact after our last meeting when I showed him the repairs that need to be made even though he promised to take care of everything.Desired Settlement: I would prefer him not be in my home. I would like to have the floors repaired and be reimbursed by him.
