Didn't actually have to deal w/ the guy because he doesn't service my area but in the 60 sec I was on the phone w/ him to figure this out, I was just about to hang up anyway. He answers "hello?" instead of having a business greeting. Then he asked me a question and because of his garbage cell phone service, he got a little short w/ me.
