I looked at Mr. [redacted]’s account and there is no misunderstanding, Mr. [redacted] received 3 applications in 2014 and paid for 2 and refused to pay for the 3rd.There was no verbal agreement, myself and the owner are the only ones who can make such agreements, and he did not receive 3 applications on the...
same day.He received a statement with the three applications on it because he did not pay for the service he received 2 months earlier.The 1st application was done on 05/14/14, the other 2 were done on 07/09/14. It appears he had a problem with the fact that we did 2 applications in one day, he did not have an issue when he had two applications done on the same day in 2012. It is customary for us (but not always) to do the Grub Preventative Application at the same time as we do a Fertilizer Application.I also wonder why he did not complain to the Revdex.com until April 2015 which was after his account was written off as bad debt and sent to our collection agency.If anything further is needed please contact me.Sincerely,[redacted]ControllerLueders CompaniesPhone: [redacted] x[redacted]Fax: [redacted]

Please add your rejection comments below. I don't understand why he stated the timeline of 2012 and asking why I waited so long .... This all took place 2014 and I paid the 2/3 portion of the bill with a check that read paid in full ! That was the verbal agreement ,yet I still got a bill in the mail 7 months later which took us into THIS year... That's why I made this complaint.... Obviously his records ,like his service ... Is OFF !

The former client is incorrect, I have stated the facts and the correct timeline.It appears the client has no intention of paying for the 3rd application he received.?
