I was quoted a $weekend delivery fee and I am now being charged $fee by Ludwig Propane
We are setup with automatic delivery service with Ludwig Propane They are supposed to be monitoring our propane tank and coming out and filling up our tank when the propane gets low This worked well until the Winter of 17- Propane prices are higher in the Winter and they started a pattern of topping off our tank when the prices were higher To follow is a schedule of our most recent deliveries to our gallon propane tank under this setup:
-- 5/3/17: gallons - $1.59/gallon
-- 12/14/17: gallons - $1.75/gallon
-- 1/31/18: gallons - $1.85/gallon
In February I contacted the office and questioned the delivery scheduleI spoke to the office manager and we came up with what I thought was a reasonable solutionI requested that they contact me prior to each deliveryAt no time did she indicate that this would be an issueShe asked me to send them somet
