broken elbow, leaving her unable to run the deliveries as usual*** ***'s physician specifically instructed us that he could not fill his prescription before 4-8- We request that customers desiring same day delivery call us in the morning so that we can ensure that the orders are ready to go by 3pm *** *** called at 1:pm and as I explained to him, the temporary delivery driver had already checked in and since there weren't any deliveries, they did not come in *** *** expressed his displeasure and hung up on meHe then called back and spoke with Barb, a longtime employee with an excellent customer service record He was unpleasant with Barb and repeatedly told her that we were incompetentHe hung up on Barb as she was trying to explain the situation to him The following day we received a call from *** ***, which I do not believe offers delivery service, to transfer *** ***'s prescriptions, which we did promptly We also gave them the insurance information that they requested to assist *** *** in filling his prescriptions there After the transfers were completed, I received another unpleasant call from *** ***, this time asking about the ownership of the pharmacy and informing me of his intention to file complaints against me and the pharmacy As far as *** ***'s claim that "her copays are too high", we have no control over the co pays *** *** or our other customers pay *** has insurance through ***, and they determine what he pays, not us I've attached a copy of the receipt from the previous fill of the prescription in question, the 3-10-fill, where *** paid $He would have paid $had he filled the April rx here, which is exactly what he paid at ***.
