I ordered 2 purses in January and still have not received them. At first she told the group that it was due to COVID that the items were having shipping delays. Then in April she said she received the purses and we paid the shipping fee. She stopped responding to any messages, Facebook, emails, texts, calls. I have not received a refund or my purses.
