Dropped off clothing for consignment on 4/29/ (see attached contract) I was told the contract would be up on 9/4/and would be sent a check at the end of the contract date Before this contract was up I dropped off more items I left the items and was told I would get an additional 2nd contract sent to me by mail9/4/had come and gone and with the business phone when calling going straight to a mailbox full message, I went into Lucy's personally after I did not get a new contract in the mail as promised for the latest items dropped off or a check for the items sold for the expired contract While there, I told her I had been trying to call and her mailbox was full She responded, "Yeah it's been like that for along timeShe then proceeds to tell me I had a total of $or so in my account but my contract wasn't up until 11/17/ I told her "no" that must be for the contract you never sent me, you owe me for the first contract She fumbled around with some papers on
