The customer’s vehicle was dropped off after hours with a nearly flat tire We called the customer to verify listed concerns before starting any work or inspections After verifying the customer concerns, she was advised on the phone that a check out fee may apply We received verbal authorization to inspect the vehicle After diagnosing the car we called the customer with the $+tax estimate to repair the rusted steel fuel lines and also repair the leaking exhaust The diagnostic fee was waived if the customer purchased the needed repairs He called us back and stated that they chose not to repair the vehicle at this time This car was purchased from us months/miles ago and was an sale for less than $ We have not seen the vehicle for service once in that time The customer was advised on 11-22-that his keys were in his car per his request and he could come get his car It is still here today

I would lIke to Thank the Better Buisness Bureau for addressing my concerns and getting an answer from Lucore Auto.I would also like to thank Lucore Auto for responding in such a timely manner.We will be coming to get the car off the lot and out of their way as quickly as possible Just as a side note, I did not see who from Lucore responded, but when I was told that I could come and get the car as they wrote, Dave said to me that I could come and pick it up withouta chargeThen when I described that I was typing a complaint to the Revdex.com, he said "if you are going to send a complaint to the Bureau , then I am going to change you." the car we called the customer with the $776.88 +tax estimate to repair the
rusted steel fuel lines and also repair the leaking exhaust.  The diagnostic fee was waived if the customer
purchased the needed repairs.  He called us back and stated that they chose
not to repair the vehicle at this time. 
This car was purchased from us 11 months/10000 miles ago and
was an as-is sale for less than $3000. 
We have not seen the vehicle for service once in that time. 
The customer was advised on 11-22-16 that his keys were in
his car per his request and he could come get his car.  It is still here today.
