Lucky Transmissions-Axles

If my husband and I could put a (-) in front of this star we would. Lucky Transmission is NOT Revdex.com accredited and now we know why. We brought our truck here for a leak in the transmission. [redacted] was to check out the transmission to see what the damages maybe involving the transmission, whether it was a total transmission repair or what. [redacted] gave us a written estimate report stating "removed and replaced torque converter and front seal pump" and this would fix the leak. He then charged us $780. The next day, the truck broke down on the freeway as the transmission was now completely broken,worse than what it was before we took it to [redacted]. Took the truck back to [redacted] (whose attitude was completely unethical and "smartass"). [redacted] now wanted to extort from us another $2800 to repair the transmission that he ruined. We took the truck to another transmission shop who advised us that they would NEVER had done the work that [redacted] did as it would not have fixed the problem. We are now in the process of filing a suit against [redacted] for false repairs and the attempted extortion for further repairs now needed for the faulty work he did. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLES TO THIS BUSINESS! THEY ARE NOT Revdex.com ACCREDITED!
