Dear Revdex.com Representative, Lucky has received the complaint from customer [redacted] Ms [redacted] was pierced on August and we have not received any complaint from her until six months laterIf there was an issue with her piercing it could have quickly been resolvedThe jewelry used is the same jewelry that is used on all our customersJewelry used is subjective to the piercer and shop, so another shop may use a different styleIf Ms [redacted] was having an adverse reaction to the original jewelry used the issue could have been resolved at no charge to herTherefore we will not be issuing a refund at this timeMs [redacted] was informed to come by and let one of our staff members take a look at the piercing to determine the issue and have not seen her as of this correspondence Thank you for your time, [redacted] Lucky Tattoo and Body Piercing
