This has to be the worst monthly subscription service I have ever been a part of I started out paying on the first day of the month not realizing I would not get a box till next month Once I contacted customer service I was fine with that explanation At the end of the same month I was charged again I contacted them and again they assured me that it was the for their subscription I was not happy paying for boxes and still not having one in hand but I decided to give it a month or so and see how it went I received July's box no problem but at the end of the month they tried to charge me a 3rd time I did not have the money on the card so it was denied Customer service contacted me and said if I wanted the box I could renew payment and receive the August box, if not it would be late because "the computer system automatically adjusts based on current payment even if you are still owed a box." So I renewed and received my box on last day of August I then cancelled my subscription after they billed me in September 1st I just now on October 12th received my september box and they still owe me one! Who knows if I'll ever see it I have records of times contacting customer service and every time they blame "their system" well it seems someone needs a new one then!
Got my first box shipped a few months ago Arrived about days later, way sooner than I expected and I love it Not only do I save money but I also get to try a few baits that I never would have beforeI was missing a bait once and contacted support and they sent it out immediately Great box and very nice staff
