I am currently renting a unit from Lucky Start RealityI was told to contact *** for any repairs, which he chooses to ignore
I met up with *** with my boyfriend to provide him with the final deposit for unit December 6th 2017, prior to making the exchange complete I asked him would they be making final repairs before we moved inHe said yes and even texted the repair guy for the issuesI also mentioned if anyone would be coming by to clean the unit, and he mentioned someone would since it was unoccupied for monthsI went into the apartment on December 11th to see that the unit looked almost the sameThey did repair the leaking toilet but that was the only repairHe mentioned someone would be contacting me by the end of the dayI spoke with *** the next day and scheduled a visit with himWhen I showed him all of the damages that were in the unit prior to me moving my stuff he told me he would speak to *** about the repairsI also told him their was mold on
