Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
The contract I signed states that I may come in during business hours to collect my payoutBoth times I've attempted to come in the owner has not not only been rude but unavailable to do her jobAt the time she was giving tattoos she said she didn't know how long she was going to be and did NOT state it would only be a few minutesIt must be really difficult financially for this owner if she can't even afford a stamp after having her customers drive to her business on MULTIPLE occasions.
I was really hoping that as a business owner she'd see what a hassle and inconvenience she's caused her client (more than once) and attempt to be cooperative and professionalI can be the better person and drive to the business - for a third time.

I am writing in response to Ms*** complaint:
I do not recollect the first time she came in but could've very well been logged out and on my way out the door. As far as her second visit I do remember that busy Friday afternoon she
came in to collect. I was in the side room giving a customers grandkids tattoos. I saw her come to the counter and asked my daughter who was helping me that day to help Ms***. She told my daughter she was wanting her payout and I told her I would be done in one to two minutes. With that she abruptly left
After hearing she proceeded to file a complaint with Lucky Star in Kingston I phoned her and left a detailed message.
Ms*** signed a contract here at Lucky Star which states that if she would like a payout mailed we will do so if customer supplies us with a self addressed stamped envelope.
Again, I phoned her and left a detailed message with all this information the day after she was here
