One of the products at the car wash failed to perform its duty so I told the person working about the problem and he just strugged me off and ignored meI asked if he could do anything to help me or at least look at the machine urself or refund me my $but he refused to do eitherI asked for the manager he said that there is no manager then ignored me the rest of the conversation
