Dear Representative of Revdex.com:This response is in regards to the Complaint #*** by a customerWe received the letter about the complaint today, October 15, 2016; however when trying to resolve the complaint online, the issue had already been closed; because of the five day time frame that was
given to respond and the seven business day for us to receive the letter, the portal to resolve the case became unavailable.The complaint involves the issue of pricing with an order of Hot & Sour Soup of $The online order summary is $5.08, but we as a business have a minimum $to use credit or debit card, in which the order was notWe had informed the customer that there would be a charge of a dollar extra, or to order something else to reach the minimumThe customer had opted for the extra charge rather than order something else, therefore the customer was awareIn any other case, if this was to be an issue the order of soup could be cancelled.In regards to the two cent difference in price: we often times do round up and down if it is greater or lesser than half ($0.01-$0.03; $0.05-$the price would be rounded down and all other up to the next closes or 0.10)This method is practiced by us to allow for easier calculations when making changeWe will, however, strive to change the system if this is to be an issue.There is two folds to every issue, this is just our side of the story that we would like to bring light to and in any case to resolveIn conclusion, if the customer would like a credit of $as a desired settlement, then they may come by the business and receive the refund
