Review: I ordered a dress from the store magazine for my granddaughter for prom. when the dress was delivered to the store the dress was too small.we asked for cash back they said no cash back. ok we we ask for exchange and the workers in the store said they could not exchange.so we asked to speak to the [redacted] who is never in the store they had to call him up on his cell phone and explained he told the workers that there is nothing that he can do for us he didn't even want to get on the phone to speak to us. so I went home with a 190 dress he wouldn't let us exchange or anything.Desired Settlement: I would have been ok with the exchange but since he wasnt willing to here my story or speak to me personally on the phone I would like to have my money back
