Review: On July 14, 2013 I set up an appointment with [redacted] to see a female, AKC Aussie puppy for sale. It had been advertised on Ebay for $450. She said she would meet me at her business/home at [redacted] in Spokane. My family arrived and [redacted] was not there but her sister, [redacted], co-owner of the dogs was there. My family liked one of the puppies so we placed a deposit in the amount of $150. I had drafted and brought a short contract stating that I would give a deposit but if I was not happy with the health of the dog that I would get my refund back on July 30, 2013. [redacted] signed my contract. I kept in touch with [redacted] and then when I asked if the vet signed off on the health certificate, [redacted] told me the vet found a heart murmur in the dog. So I asked for my money back. [redacted] asked me for more time so I extended the payment date until August 12, 2013 when [redacted] said she got paid and could refund my money. Since then [redacted] and [redacted] said they would not refund my money. I believe they were dishonest and have bad business practices.Desired Settlement: I want my $150 deposit back. I have a signed contract with them and have been more than patient with the ongoing saga of drama that these two have put me through. I honestly believe this is a puppy mill operation and when I tried to find their business license on the WA State's website I didn't find it. Their yard for these 12 or so dogs is tiny.I believe these two women have bad business practices and are not holding up to their side of the contract.
