To whom it may concern,I have received the letter of complaint on 2/4, and as of 2/8 believe that I have resolved the issue. I wastold of the issue (lack of hot water) by my son on the night of thee initial complaint, and restarted thewater heater the following morning. I did a test run, and the hot...
water was running again. Afterreceiving this letter of complaint through the Revdex.com about a week later, I checked again and found thatthe water heater was once again not working, this time failing to ignite. I ordered replacement partsover the weekend, received them on Monday (2/8), and fixed the water heater later that night. I didanother test run and the hot water was working once again.
