I wrote a letter to KGCUSA where the medical product "Tong Ren Tang Fritillary & Loquat Syrup" is produced and reported the quality issues to the company.  The KGCUSA company requested LUCKY AN DONG INC to accept my return due to the quality problem with...

the product, and I was able to return the product with quality problem this weekend.  Therefore, regarding the refund, the issue was resolved.  However, as I already requested in the section "Desired Outcome and Settlement" of my compliant,  I would also like you to do something to (1) prevent LUCKY AN DONG INC from refusing customers to return products with quality issues, particularly the products with medical purposes and (2) to stop their policy of all sales being final, which is clearly against business rules. LUCKY AN DONG INC sells many medical products. Continue to let them sell and refuse to return unqualified medical-related products will harm customers' health.  This is the main goal of my compliant.
