I don't believe those statements are accurate because I couldn't take the truck until I got insurance which by the way I was still under my parents policy and they're saying days later [redacted] has to be on the policy, so we added him with extra costs as an non driver and he was not covered because he doesn't have an valid drivers licensethey still was not satisfied with that we spoke with our attorney and they advised us to take the truck back with the truck clean and under [redacted] milesI feel like the only person that has lost in this situation is myself, we have had to have taxis take us to grocery stores, paying bills, work and so onMy son has missed appointments at [redacted] hospital because of this ongoing situation of days!

I believe that the "as is" aspect of it pertains to the little things that are wrong with the vehicle such as: the broken seat belt, broken back windshield wiper, the broken back glass lock, the broken seat back, the chip in the windshield, the radio that randomly shuts off, the tire that goes flat every other day, and the tire pressure sensor that is broken. The thing I have a problem with is the fact that the vehicle is not safe for me to drive my two toddlers and newborn around in because the whole under body is so rusted out that the running board is on the verge of falling off, the headlights that randomly shut off while I am driving, and the steering column and break pedal that shake horribly. I don't understand how anyone with a conscience could make a mother of three small children be stuck driving a vehicle that is so unsafe. I have been nothing but civil and have not once raised my voice or used profanity but I am just appalled how heartless some people can be. We have put over $100 in repairs for the small things and I am not even asking for compensation for that. I just want to return the vehicle and get back the money that we paid for it. I am just asking you to please look in your heart and do the right thing.
