Review: I ordered a pair of shoes from Lucky 21 and when they arrived they were poorly packaged. When I opened the badly crushed box, the shoes appeared as if they had been worn and stretched. I attempted to contact the [redacted], yet he only curtly instructed me to "keep" the shoes.Desired Settlement: As a new customer, I believe the only remedy for this matter is both a refund and a replacement for the item I ordered.

Review: This business website is fantastically atrocious. I ordered on multiple occasions, hoping that I would not be disappointed because the clothes happen to be pretty great. But I am disappointed yet again when half of my order has been cancelled because they have run out of stock. Why isn't this posted on their website next to the very merchandise that are out of stock? Instead I order for a shipping date a week later, only to receive an email days later saying that half of my order has been cancelled, then more days later getting another email stating that the rest of my order has been cancelled. This is extremely tiresome and frustrating.
I also attempted to contact the business directly first by emailing an address provided in the emails Lucky21 had sent to me and I received an email back saying that the delivery to that email address had failed.Desired Settlement: Although I have proposed a change to the store policy as a settlement, I would also like an apology. Mostly, I want this store to give me a reason to keep shopping there (again, because the clothes are pretty great).
