Review: I got my piercing done on August 31, 2015. I has been several months now that my ear was bothering me. On February 6, 2015 my top triple helix ball fell out so I decided to go to [redacted] store right across from [redacted] The guy informed me that my ear does not have a keloid and I should immediately take the piercing out because the jewelry that was inserted into my ear by Lucky 13 employee was incorrect. The jewelry that was used was a curved jewelry. The jewelry that was supposed to be use is a straight bar according to Rose City. Due to the wrong jewelry that was used caused irritation to the ear, builded up crust where I had to constantly clean, bleeding, and my ears was also swollen.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund of $60 or potentially half of $60.
