Review: The company has demonstrated rudeness to customers and fraudulently charges customers for alterations to dresses that have already been paid. There are no price signs or profiles for alterations and exchanges or returns are not permitted. The owner/manager demonstrated that she does not care about the customers and will not admit mistakes to make the customers happy. I was told that alterations to my dress will cost $100 of which I paid and when I went to try on the dress a second time they began to charge me an additional $40 for alterations that were already done. They fail to write down all alterations and then lie about the work that is done on dresses. This company is extremely rude and look to take customer's money.Desired Settlement: I would like my dress to be altered without the additional charges.
